On-site visits are available for clients who require them particularly for enterprise and Shopify Plus engagements in the New York metro area and other major cities.

Not at all. The majority of our clients are not based in New York. We work with brands across the entire United States from Los Angeles and San Francisco on the West Coast to Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Miami, and everywhere in between entirely remotely.
Our process is designed to work without in-person meetings. Discovery calls, design reviews, approvals, and handovers are all conducted via video call and our shared Slack workspace. Clients consistently tell us that our communication is clearer and more structured than agencies they have worked with locally.
Our New York headquarters operates on Eastern Time (ET). Our project leads accommodate clients across all US timezones including Pacific, Mountain, and Central and schedule calls, reviews, and check-ins to suit your working hours.
For West Coast clients, we routinely schedule calls between 9am and 12pm PT, which falls within our 12pm–3pm ET window. We have never had a project fail due to timezone mismatch.
Yes. For clients in the New York metro area, in-person meetings at our offices or at your premises are straightforward to arrange. For clients in other major US cities, on-site visits can be scheduled for key project stages typically discovery and launch for enterprise and Shopify Plus engagements where the project size justifies the travel.

All our contracts are governed by US law, issued in USD, and structured for US business-to-business engagements. Invoicing is issued via standard US formats ACH, wire transfer, and major cards are all accepted. If your procurement team requires a W-9, vendor registration, or specific invoicing format, we accommodate this routinely.
Absolutely. Our listed cities are the markets where we have the deepest local familiarity and where we actively invest in community presence but we work with brands across all 50 US states and internationally. If your city is not listed, that is simply because we have not yet built out a dedicated local page for it not because we cannot serve you.
