These terms cover your use of axiswebart.us. Paid project work is governed by a separate written agreement, and where the two differ, that agreement wins.
Using this site
You are welcome to read, quote and link to anything here. The text, design, code and images are ours or our clients’, and reproducing substantial parts of them as your own is not permitted. Case studies are published with the client’s agreement.
Enquiries and proposals
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to anything. Any figure we give before seeing your store is an estimate, not a quote. A proposal becomes binding only when both sides have signed it. Unless the proposal says otherwise, it holds for 30 days.
Project work
Scope, milestones, payment schedule, revisions, support and ownership of the finished work are set out in the proposal or statement of work for your project. In the ordinary case you own the store, the custom theme and the content once the work is paid for in full. Third-party apps, themes and fonts stay under their own licences, which we will name before relying on any of them.
Accuracy
We keep this site current, but ecommerce platforms change constantly and articles age. Nothing here is advice for your specific situation, and you should not act on a blog post without checking that it still holds. Shopify, and the names of other platforms and brands mentioned, belong to their respective owners.
Links to other sites
Where we link out, we do not control what is on the other end and are not responsible for it.
Liability
We provide this website as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, and disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
